100 Sheet Challenge - Take Two

So in my original 100 Sheet Challenge post, I said

"I'm always up for a good challenge. So, when S from Snaps and Snippets challenged her readers to a race to use 100 sheets in her post School of Scrap, I dove right in."

I dove right in, used 8 sheets, then promptly forgot about the challenge! So, I'm challenging myself to try again. My goal is to use 100 sheets between May 1, 2011 and July 31, 2011. I'm hoping this challenge also helps me get caught up on my scrapbooking before baby girl gets here!
